Tensil Fit

Terms of use

Last updated 7 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-07

These terms apply when you use Tensil Fit: the size widget on partner brands' websites, the Tensil Fit Wallet and your fit profile. Please read them with our privacy notice.

The short version

  • Tensil Fit is free for shoppers and is for people aged 18 and over.
  • Our size recommendations are our best estimate, not a guarantee. The brand you buy from is the seller, and its returns policy applies.
  • Keep your sign-in codes to yourself, and only enter your own measurements (or someone else's with their permission).
  • You can delete your account at any time.
  • Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Tensil Fit is provided by [COMPANY NAME] Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]), [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). Contact us at [email protected].

2. What Tensil Fit does

Tensil Fit keeps a fit profile for you and uses it to recommend a size for products at partner brands, explaining how each size is expected to fit. It can learn from clothes you own and, if you allow it, from what you buy and return at brands you link.

Tensil Fit is currently offered as a preview. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we improve it.

8. Our responsibility to you

9. Ending

You can stop using Tensil Fit and delete your account at any time in the Wallet. We may close the service or your account with reasonable notice, or straight away for serious misuse. If we close the service, we'll give you time to download your data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the Wallet before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a problem, contact us first at [email protected] and we'll try to resolve it.
